Holloway Park

Holloway Park is a bold regeneration project on the site of a former women’s prison in Islington. We created a dynamic new brand to reposition the scheme from hyper-local to a globally aspirational destination. The refreshed identity — refined yet city-cool — draws on local culture, seamless connectivity, and contemporary luxury, to resonate with both an international investor audience and a domestic market.
