Brand Refresh // Watson, Farley & Williams

Top 50 law firm Watson, Farley & Williams (WFW) previous recruitment campaign failed to communicate the firm’s core messages in a way that resonated with potential recruits. The first stage was to find out from current and potential recruits what made WFW different. The answers became the foundation for the graduate recruitment theme – ‘what makes us different’.
The campaign reflected the reality of working at the London office from a social and business perspective. Potential trainees were armed with cameras to take ‘real’ photos during their working days for a period of four weeks and we attended sporting activities to show that there was more to WFW than just law! The result is a set of collateral material, that WFW recruits are proud to show off to friends, that reflects the newly refreshed brand and fingers crossed will ensure that they don’t feature on rollonfriday.com
