Witanhurst (a.k.a ‘The Fame Academy’ building) is the largest residential property in London after Buckingham Palace. It was bought by our client, Marcus Cooper Group, for £32 million in 2007.

The 25-bedroom mansion needed to attract investors with a heavy purse. Philosophy was asked to produce a brochure that would illustrate the potential of this once grand residence that had in recent years fallen into disrepair. With sympathetic photography and trace overlay to convey the unique history of this property, the resulting 60-page publication presented the home in all its majestic former glory and helped to secure a £50 million purchase price in July 2008.
