Estate Agency Stirling Ackroyd came to Philosophy with a dilemma. As specialists in the London City residential market, their existing brand just wasn’t speaking to the cool, demanding media and financial-orientated clientele that would be looking for the lifestyle that Stirling Ackroyd could provide.
A brand refresh undertaken by Philosophy helped bridge the divide between an established, trustworthy brand and a contemporary feel, but a brave and unique advertising campaign really took this firm to the City professional. Appealing to our base instincts, ‘Seven Deadly Sins’ has created a stir in what could have become a stagnating market.
