Graduate Recruitment Campaign // BMT Group

BMT Group needed to raise the profile of its organisation globally in order to attract the right trainee recruits. During the first stage of the project, Philosophy sent a questionnaire to all HR managers to find out how they recruited in their local markets, the competitor set and what, if anything, prevented recruits applying to the Group. The results helped inform BMT Group to create its first global graduate recruitment campaign. Philosophy created a ‘pocket-sized’ introduction to the uniqueness of BMT Group and ensured that it worked at a global and local level. Simple plain English communicated the values and positioning of the Group. Profiles also helped explain the diversity of the projects and personalities within the organisation. A microsite will support the offering and help raise the profile of the Group.
