Branding // Kenwood Place

Philosophy was challenged to create a brand and visual communications campaign to market 21 apartments at Kenwood Place in an economic climate that was in the midst of the worst downturn for decades. The properties are top end luxury with prices ranging from £2m to £6m and include an exclusive spa, 24 hour Harrods concierge and direct access to Hampstead Heath.

The design is inspired by the proximity of the developments to the nature of The Heath and uses a leaf incorporating the distinctive brick work of the building for its veins for its motif across all materials. After undertaking customer profiling Philosophy established three target audiences – the local Hampstead ‘empty nesters’, other Londoners of a similar age group and overseas Russian and Middle Eastern buyers. The brand and campaign materials have been created to reflect the exclusive and luxurious feel of the development.
